These Terms of Service govern your use of VividCrest Mastery’s website and training services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. License & Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or internal business training. You may not resell, redistribute, or make public copies of course materials without written permission.
5. Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Access may be suspended for unpaid or reversed charges. Refunds, if any, are governed by the course-specific policy communicated during checkout.
6. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with other users, or attempt to access content through means other than our interface. You will not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are the property of VividCrest Mastery or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Disclaimers
Training is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee promotions, deals, or specific outcomes. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividCrest Mastery and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the content ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes shall be in San Francisco County, California.
